Rising Rackets Summer Camp Registration Form (Ages 5-11)

Please complete one form per child. If registering multiple children, submit a separate form for each.

Please select the week(s) you’d like your child to attend. You may choose up to all four weeks.

Camp spots are limited and first come, first served. A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to secure your child's spot. Members will be house-charged. Non-members will receive a link within 48 hours of submitting the registration form to add a credit card on file. Per our policy for all tennis programs, a card must be kept on file for non-members in order to confirm the booking and process the deposit.
