Free Fitness Assessments by our Personal Training Staff
By appointment only
Goose Creek is proud to offer free fitness assessments for our members. This evaluation allows for an overall assessment of your personal fitness level. Use this tool to your advantage to track your progress! The assessment will include: blood pressure, heart rate, BMI, body fat percentage, body measurements, a mobility assessment, a balance test, a flexibility test, an upper body strength test, a lower body strength test, and a core strength test. The assessment will take roughly one-hour. To schedule your free assessment, contact one of our Fitness staff members.
Personal Training
Our certified personal training staff will develop a comprehensive program that will include resistance training, cardio, flexibility and core exercises, and nutritional insight. All programs are customized based off your individual goals, strengths, weaknesses & preferences.
